MinoFest is Canada’s leading forum dedicated to advancing Black and racialized reproductive, maternal, and newborn health. Hosted by Mino Care, the conference brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, community leaders, policymakers, technologists, and advocates to address inequities in perinatal and reproductive healthcare and to co create solutions rooted in evidence, lived experience, and cultural safety.

MinoFest is more than a conference. It is a space for critical dialogue, collaboration, and action. Each year, the program explores pressing issues shaping perinatal care, with a strong focus on systems change, data justice, community led innovation, and ethical healthcare practice. Through keynotes, panels, and interactive sessions, participants engage with emerging research, policy insights, and practical approaches that improve outcomes for Black and racialized families across Canada.

The 2026 conference will spotlight the role of data and systems in shaping perinatal and reproductive healthcare, examining how data is collected, governed, and used, and how it can either reinforce or dismantle inequities. Attendees will be invited into conversations about accountability, digital tools, and the responsibilities of health systems to protect communities while driving meaningful change.
